I am a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine graduate. I started my VA career as a Medical Assistant in 2021, and I have worked as a Medical VA for four years. I have worked in a Dermatology Clinic using ModMed as our EMR, Klara and Ring Central as our communication line. I have also experienced a remote front desk at the same time scribe in a veterinary clinic using Shepherd and Evet as our EMR. My role usually includes scheduling, prescription refills, taking inbound and outbound calls, insurance verification, triage, and managing faxes and emails to mention a few. I am available and can start ASAP as needed.
