This position allowed me to oversee billing processes and collaborate with various departments to streamline operations. My career continued to evolve as I took on credit control responsibilities until 2022. This role required meticulous management of accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments, further enhancing my analytical and financial skills. I learned to negotiate effectively and maintain strong client relationships, which are essential qualities for a virtual assistant managing multiple tasks and clients. Currently, I am working as an accounting staff member and social media manager. In this dual role, I not only manage financial records but also handle content creation and engagement on social media platforms. This experience has given me a unique perspective on branding and communication strategies, which I believe will be beneficial in supporting clients virtually.
