I have worked in different industries over the years, and I bring a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable in this position. I started in the call center industry, handling international clients way back in 2010, while simultaneously waiting for my professional license. I began as a customer service representative and later gained experience as a Lead Trainee and Team Leader within the same industry. Additionally, I worked as a Social Media Manager. As an engaging communicator with a proven track record in customer service, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills in which helped me build strong professional relationships. My professional experiences have helped me learn how to be client-oriented. Working keeps me sharp and bustling, but I also pursue hobbies such as mountain hiking, participating in trail running competitions, and road running in my free time to de-stress from corporate life.
