Hi, my name is Lorna. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Technology Communication Management. I am certified HIPAA. With 4 years’ experience as a Admitting Clerk in the hospital. Most of my tasks includes interview patients/ watcher, patient demographic entry, insurance verification, and admit patients. My experience extends to as a Medical Virtual Assistance for 1 year. My tasks include medicine refills, referrals, receptionist duties, processing lab orders, EMR, and live assistance with the doctor. My experience has not expanded my knowledge but enable me to adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment. I am highly motivated, adaptable, fast learner and have a strong work ethic. I am eager to learn new things and develop new skills.
