We are supplying DME supplies for patients.
Re-processing Back order supplies.
Scheduling Respiratory therapist home visit for patient's ventilator set-up, troubleshoots and Care plans.
Assisting email concerns such as ordering supplies for Invasive and Non-Invasive Trach's patients, Scheduling RT Home visits, sending Ventilators data download to Medical doctors and RAE's.
Billing Formula milk to pharmacy before dispensing.
Reviewing MD's request/RX for Ventilator Settings for home visit.
Also doing stock check in warehouse before sending out supplies.
Coordinating to location dispatchers to get ETA for the RT schedule home visits.
Assisting patients through phone calls regarding their supplies and availability for the home visit schedules.
Transferring Data for resupply stocks.
Job Description
Calling Insurance to check patients eligibility for DME especially in Diabetes Supplies.
