I'm Jonathan Dalis, and I'm thrilled about the possibility of joining your team. My work background is quite diverse. I spent two years as a fine dining waiter in Saudi Arabia, which taught me a lot about customer satisfaction. Then, I switched gears to healthcare in the Philippines, where I worked in a pharmacy for six months. Following that, I managed our family business's social media page for three years and two months. I also had a 10-month experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO for Uber drivers in the US & Canada which was an awesome experience. Lastly, I have experience scheduling and setting appointments in the US in the Healthcare industry, matching patients with the right services, organizing our system efficiently, and ensuring everyone shows up.
