My name is Denise Marie Alulod. I’m a of graduate Bachelor of Science in Physical therapy. My work experiences are with BPO companies. I worked as a technical support during the first year of my career, offering customer service. Then I became inbound/outbound agent as a claim intake specialist which has a task to gather information from the customer via inbound call or a claim form for their disability claim filing. I also became a temporary product trainer then got hired as a quality analyst for another health care account on the same company which has a task to evaluate agents calls, conduct refreshers, coaching and reporting task for six years now. With the qualities I have, I make sure that I focused on the task given and having good and trustworthy relationship with the company.
