I'm a college graduate. I've worked in a BPO industry in healthcare account, specifically in Individual and Family Plans account in United Health Care Group. It's not a one year job, but I totally learned something in this job. I've learned how to used Citrix workspace, teams, maestro, facets and so much tools. I am very adaptive and quick learner.
