I am Noemi Ruth Y. Sicat but you can call me Ruth. I am currently working as Healthcare Customer Service Specialist. Prior to that I worked as a Technical Chat support and as a CSR Mentor. I only became a customer service representative for 6 months then after I got regularized, they saw a potential in me because I am consistent top performer I even became part of Director's Club that means I am one of the agents that has the highest score in our site because of that I got promoted as SME/Mentor. Being a mentor is one of my favorite part of my career. It brings me joy whenever I see other people excel because I trained them well. I love to see their growth and that is where I realized as well that I have great leadership/people skills.
