Description: during my time as a customer care representative (while providing admin assistance as well), I was able to work closely with the student's parents and build meaningful rapport with them by being attentive to their unique needs and making sure that their concerns and suggestions were valued.
Here are the tasks I was entrusted with in this position:
• Assisting parents or guardians during weekend appointments or when the school directress was unavailable, addressing concerns such as outstanding payments, extracurricular registrations, behavioral and academic updates, and inquiries about upcoming school events.
• Engaging potential customers on the school's Facebook pages, particularly the martial arts and primary pages, via Messenger, and coordinating in-person appointments with the school directress.
• Gathering feedback from parents during PTA meetings and reporting their suggestions to the school directress and staff.
• Coordinating responsibilities and tasks across teaching staff, in-person and through messaging platforms.
• Assisting the school directress in situations such as issuing receipts, receiving potential enrollees, and advertising the school and its offered extracurriculars like martial arts both on social media and the traditional route (i.e. Mall promotion), plus engaging with the parents during PTA meetings and gathering feedback or suggestions.
• Inbox and DM management, namely Gmail and Facebook Messenger.
• Representing or accompanying the school directress during Department of Education (DepEd) Nueva Ecija chapter meetings.
• Submission of required documents to the Department of Education (DepEd) office.

Description: This position developed my research skills as I had to learn plenty of things as I went due to it being a start-up and having a bunch of gray areas where a system or procedure could be placed. I was able to hone my communication by collaborating with our different departments daily but have been able to hone my self-study skills as well in equal measure. This job allowed me the privilege to really make an impact and go beyond for our customers.
• Coordinating crucial information to our laboratory and range of clients such as expedite case requests, delivery date, device receipt confirmation, case cancellation or postponement, and the variety of dentists’ feedback and concerns.
• Constructing dynamic databases and dashboards in google sheets for data collection, tracking, and reporting. Two examples are device confirmation and feedback sheet, and client survey sheet.
• Providing personalized verbal and written support to clients and escalating or forwarding concerns to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Communicating and assisting potential clients
• Delivering written, verbal, and visual tutorials for our devices and app such as guiding clients on call and editing videos that can be attached to emails.
