I am a Bachelors Degree of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics graduated at Cebu Technological University Tuburan Campus. I already passed the Licensure Examination in the year 2018. Since I don’t have any plan in pursuing teaching, I have been working in the BPO industry for approximately 5 years. I am in the same company for 3 different roles which I started as Customer Service Representative and promoted as Real Time Analyst. In that time, I have learned a lot about how to do the job well, including how to act with the customers, manage my time efficiently, and deal with customers’ needs. During that time, I also gained valuable experience in Data Analysis and on how to improve a certain metric by providing forecast and recommendation to our Operation team. I am also eager to learn new things and a quick learner which I am open to feedback and would take that as motivation to improve my service. This has made me confident that I can successfully be an asset of your company in the near future.
