I'm Jean Carla Marcelo, u can call me Jean, I'm 30 yrs old. I am married for 9 years now and we have 3 wonderful children. I took Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I have 11 years of experience in the BPO industry with one company, where I managed various international accounts, including Telstra an Telecommunication company in Australia where I began as a Technical Support Representative and was later promoted to Complaints Specialist, handling escalated concerns. After that, I was transferred to Sparks, a telecommunications company in New Zealand, where I worked as a Billing and Sales Specialist. In this role, I handled billing inquiries and assisted customers by offering new products and services. and then I moved to Optum as a Pharmacy Helpdesk, assisting pharmacies, providers and customers with medication refills,benefit claims, and other related inquiries.
