Job Description
• Aids the team supervisors in ensuring the consistency of customer experience and
excellence of service tasks performed by the team members in order to maintain client
confidence and loyalty.
• Conducts transaction monitoring of agents calls, emails or any back office work and
be able to provide feedback, observation and analysis related to various aspects such
as VOC, L2R, compliance, quality measures and etc.
• Sending performance reports to monitor the progress of the quality scores.
• Facilitates meanings for daily updates and reminders
