About Me
I am writing to express my keen interest in applying for the Medical Virtual Assistant position. With my background in US Healthcare, combined with my passion for providing exceptional patient care, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively in your team. I am college undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Systems Plus College Foundation and although I do not have any Medical field background, I have number of experiences handling healthcare account which relevant to the role I am applying for. In my previous role at Results cx, I work for an insurance company which I dealt with providers, handling inbound calls and helps them check patients eligibility and benefits also claims status. I had experience as well as a billing representative at Omega healthcare. My main responsibilities are billing insurance for patients claims and check patients medical records, and once we get the bill from insurance that is the time we will bill the patient.Lastly, I was a Medical VA which handles multiple tasks for the client. We are the suppliers for incontinence supplies and my main role is to create an authorization that will be sent to doctors so we can confirm the order and release supplies in accordance of what patient needs.
