I’m Kryst Lindley C. Nasol, and I have a background in business administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, having graduated from Capitol University. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in various customer service roles, including positions at companies like VXI Solutions and United Healthcare – OptumRx. In these roles, I had the opportunity to assist clients with healthcare-related issues, which helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and an understanding of the importance of providing excellent service, especially in healthcare settings.
