I am a former teacher, but for 5 years now, I have worked from home as a freelance virtual/executive assistant, social media manager and AI Specialist. I am also a certified life coach and a certified MLO in all 50 states. I have worked with real estate agents, lawyers, chiropractors, coaches (business, life and health/wellness) and entrepreneurs.
I have over 10 years experience in customer service. I have extensive experience with G Suite and Office 365. I have experience managing a business, creating documents/SOPs, project management, recruiting/interviewing/screening of applicants/training of new employees, managing calendars/events, answering phones/emails, booking travel, scheduling appointments, making outbound calls, payroll, launches, onboarding/offboarding clients, writing newsletters/blogs, managing/creating/updating websites, landing pages, ChatGPT/AI, event planning, etc. I also am a trained/certified FB/IG ads manager and AI Specialist.
I am extremely organized, a quick learner and pay attention to detail. I am very hard working, tech savvy and able to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently. I am also good at multi-tasking and am able to effectively communicate with people via email/telephone/chat/text. I also have experience managing social media accounts for various entrepreneurs! I also have experience with Wix, Wordpress, Quickbooks, Zoom, Trello, Slack, Asana, last pass, Leadpages, Canva, Calendly, Jobber, eventbrite, InfusionSoft, YouTube, etc. I also have experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook engagement! I have experience creating groups, increasing engagement/followers, creating posts, lead generation, hashtag research, cold/warm messaging, content creation, etc. I'm also a trained Facebook group manager. I have managed various groups and communities, including one that was 60K+ members, and created multiple groups.
