Job Description
Promotes the company’s products and services and process applications
o Sends report of subscribers via email to other concerned department
o Follow ups pending report of subscribers
o Acquisition of new sales and value added service
o Attends customer’s aftersales concerns
o Administrative tasks such as encoding, analytics and etc
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries and aftersales concerns
o Creates service orders, escalates complaints and providing customer service in all forms
o Updates and monitors transactions in queueing, ATT, AWT, sales acquisitions etc
o Extracts CSA's year to date sales
o Sends daily sales report and repair monitoring to supervisor
o providing excellent customer service whether face to face, online or phone call set up
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries and aftersales concerns
o acquisition of potential sales to new customers
o Monitor systems
o implementing and executing marketing strategies to attract sales
o attends subscriber’s report or request on their plan and associated units
o installation of new connects from primary source up to poles up to area of installation
o provides billing, escalation and engineering support to client
o inspecting and installing via new technologies, directing crews or workers, conducting research, and reporting on project status
o doing quality assurance works
