My role as a Project Manager in the creative solution department included: Leading the creative vision and strategy of the department Managing and mentoring a team of designers, writers and project managers and streamline the production processes Liaising with the sales department, project manager and editorial teams to produce award-winning advertorials for a large portfolio of titles Liaising with customers to ensure that they provide materials on time and all along the production to make sure they are satisfied with our product. Co-ordinating all internal stakeholders to enquire the output of the department is on time, to the highest quality and the client’s satisfaction Bringing new ideas and concepts into the business to increase sales Pushing creative boundaries and produce engaging and commercially led content Overseeing advertorials created for Ink’s London-based titles
