Handles reports for different BPO departments (Operations, Purchasing & Inventory, Accounting and IT)
Create and generate accurate and efficient reports
Supervised and managed the BPO Team’ s day to day operations (data entry, administrative tasks)
Managed training and onboarding of the new BPO associate (involved with the interview of the applicants)
Leads minor and major projects
Actively maintained knowledge in order to answer basic support requests
Directly reporting to our BPO Director and onsite managers (US managers)
