Job Description
I am the primary contact person for clients encountering issues with our mobile application. I assist them step-by-step in resolving their issues to ensure that the app runs smoothly and does not cause problems for their clients.
I am also responsible for the necessary configurations to enable certain features of the app to function properly.
In addition to these tasks, I handle documentation. Most of my work involves creating manuals for two of our mobile applications. I also document step-by-step procedures for downloading our app from Firebase, compile FAQs for common issues and concerns, and create feature guides, among other materials. I use Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides for these documentation tasks.
I also assist my project manager with his tasks when he is on leave or needs to attend to urgent matters.

Job Description
One of my main responsibilities is to process loan applications. I evaluate clients through personal visits or phone calls. I review the reports provided by the servicing branch and cross-check all the information included in their reports by interviewing the clients. If there are discrepancies between my interview results and the servicing branch's report, I clarify these discrepancies with the branch.
After the evaluation, I create reports using Microsoft Excel, which include the Balance Sheet, Projected Income Statement, Projected Cash Flow Statement, Borrowers Risk Rating, Validation Report, and Credit Approval Memorandum. Before the loan application can be recommended by my unit head, I must first defend my recommendation for the loan.
I also maintain a record of all the loans I processed throughout the year.
