Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization. Handle office administrative tasks
Managing email correspondence, including organizing, filtering, and responding to emails. Assisting with onboarding new clients or team members
Preparing and tracking invoices and expenses. Lead and manage a team of VA's
Process bi-weekly payroll.
Monitor employee hours and attendance records.
Approve and track paid time off (PTO) requests Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates..
Meet applicable timelines as stated in the contract
Oversee the entire transaction process from contract to closing.
Ensure all necessary documents are completed, signed, and filed correctly.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties.
Ensure that all new listings are entered into the MLS
Maintain showing requests, and coordinate with owners/tenants (if applicable)
Assist with property marketing including ordering professional pictures
